Cancellation policy.
Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving adequate notice it prevents another client from being served. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. This policy is used in fairness to both The Kindful Counsellor and the clients who would otherwise have wanted an appointment.
If you are unable to attend an appointed session, a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice is required for a full refund of $90.00 to be issued. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of an appointed session will be issued 50% refund, ie. $45.00.
There will be no refund issued for a missed appointment. However, if The Kindful Counsellor cancels an appointed session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of $90.00 will be issued via bank transfer within 2 to 3 days.
